Here at EssentiaLyfe we assign a risk score to every confirmed booking, allowing us to look out for potential suspicious activity.
Identity Verification
We collect identification from every client looking to rent a property.
Rental Insurance
We file insurance for every rental. In some cases, we may choose to use the Guest’s poof of COI.
