5.0 I had a royal family visit town for their child’s medical needs and I have secured a luxury house in Bel Air for them. Unfortunly, the owner has decided 7 days before the check in to cancel the request. Urgenly I reached out to Avi at EssentiaLyfe and has found me an $88M replacement villa nearby for them. We checked them in, Avi was very responsive and on top of the small details. My clients were very happy.

I was lucky to find Avi and his team through online research - within 30 minutes of contacting him, he sent me 10 comparable options, within a few hours he got us access, and by that afternoon we had toured 3 beautiful properties. EssentiaLyfe's support continued through the contract, event and closing process. He was with us throughout it all, and helped negotiate on our behalf with the owner and terms, as well as assisting with same day check in, inspection and management. Avi went the extra mile and covered some of the frivolous fees that the owner tried to claim after we vacated and he returned the deposit to us in full. Within 48 hours we were able to secure a new venue. Highly recommend him. Event went well with no issues and at a lower price that we first booked the location
