Yes, all security deposits are 100% refundable upon checkout after inspection. Should the inspection of the property reveal that the terms & conditions were violated or damages incurred on the property – the security deposit will be used to cover damages.

Events & Larger gatherings are permitted on property only with prior permission. Each stay with EssentiaLyfe is bound by the terms of the stayover. Many of our properties are event venues while some are exclusively for stayovers.

We welcome all pets to the majority of our homes along with some exceptions. Please notify your booking agent prior to booking to find the perfect accommodations.

Yes. Please notify your booking agent prior to booking any outside vendors as we have strict rules against using outside vendors in some of our properties. These rules are set by the owners to ensure a steady flow in and out of the house.

Most of our properties have keyless entry via a generated unique code for every new booking. Please note that the initial check-in is always with a live agent.

Filming of any kind for commercial use is prohibited unless there is a permit or prior authorization.
