Client Relations Specialist

As a Client Relations Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing daily inquiries and cultivating deep, lasting relationships. You will champion the EssentiaLyfe brand experience, lead cross-departmental strategic initiatives, and ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain exceptional client relationships; expertly match properties to client needs and resolve concerns with grace, patience and efficiency
- Serve as the escalation point for client issues, engaging cross-functional teams and resources as needed to ensure swift resolution
- Coordinate with internal departments on onboarding new clients and implementing new programs or platforms
- Ensure EssentiaLyfe delivers on all commitments and objectives for each client engagement
- Develop senior-level relationships with key client contacts to identify new business opportunities and evolving requirements
- Translate company strategy and vision into actionable plans that drive results
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to consistently exceed performance goals
- Conduct detailed analysis of client data to uncover insights and opportunities
- Actively participate in and champion EssentiaLyfe initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Model a positive, solutions-oriented attitude that inspires those around you
- Uphold ethical standards; decline any decision that may breach best practices or pose risk to clients or team members
Skills & Competencies
- Outstanding written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all organizational levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills thinks creatively and strategically
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities; thrives under tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools a plus
- Financial acumen and experience with contract and process management
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence without direct authority
- Adaptable, motivated, and proactive energized by change and challenges
- Brings a positive attitude, sense of humor, and genuine enthusiasm to the team
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client relations, account management, or a similar client-facing role
- Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships in a luxury or premium service environment
- Strong verbal, written and sales skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and remain detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required
- Active LinkedIn profile required
